These terms cover your use of The Laundry Route System as an operator. By creating an account or going live, you agree to them.

What we provide

The Laundry Route System is software and setup. We provide a booking site, a dashboard, and the setup services listed on the pricing page. We do not provide customers, locations, accounts, or marketing programs.

No revenue representations

We make no representation about revenue, profit, or results. Your outcomes depend on your market, prices, and effort. Nothing we say or show is a promise that you will earn any amount.

Your responsibilities

• Business licenses, permits, taxes, and insurance are yours.
• You run your business: washing, pickup, delivery, pricing, and customer service.
• You keep your Stripe account in good standing. Disputes and refunds with your customers are yours.
• You keep your sign-in secure and give us accurate account information.
• You use the platform only for lawful laundry pickup and delivery services.

Payments from your customers

Your customers pay through Stripe into your own Stripe account. We take no fee on bookings. Stripe's fees and terms apply between you and Stripe.

Pricing

• Building a preview site is free, with no time limit.
• Going live costs a one-time setup fee of $299 and $129 a month, starting at go-live.
• Founding Operators (the first 10 paid operators) pay a $199 setup fee and $99 a month for 12 months, then $129 a month. In exchange they agree to one 30-minute feedback call in month 1 and allow us to show their site as a demo. We never quote a Founding Operator without separate written permission.
• We may change list prices with [TBD: notice period] notice. A locked founding price does not change.

Refunds

The setup fee is refundable if you ask within 14 days of paying it and your site never took a live booking. Monthly fees are non-refundable, including partial months.

Cancel anytime

The monthly plan is month to month with no minimum term. Cancel anytime through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month [TBD: confirm against the Stripe portal setting].

Late payment

If a monthly payment fails, your account is past due for 7 days. After that it is suspended: your site stays up, online booking pauses, and your dashboard turns read-only until you reactivate.

Your data

Your business data and your customers' booking data belong to you. We store and process it to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. After you cancel we keep it for 90 days for export, then delete it.

Free preview sites

Preview sites take test bookings only and are hidden from search engines. A free site with no activity for 90 days is archived after two warning emails.

Changes to the service

We ship updates to every site from one codebase. We may add, change, or remove features. Roadmap items are plans, not commitments.

Warranty

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Ending the agreement

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, with notice where we can give it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia [TBD: Aaron to confirm].

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top and email operators before the change applies.
