You pay nothing until you go live. The monthly starts at go-live. Month to month. Cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. The setup fee is refundable within 14 days if your site never took a live booking. Card processing fees are between you and Stripe.

Questions

When do I start paying?: At go-live. Building and previewing your site is free with no clock. The setup fee and the first month are charged together when you go live.
Is there a fee on each booking?: No. Customers pay into your own Stripe account. Stripe's card processing fees are between you and Stripe.
Can I cancel?: Yes, anytime, from the billing portal in your dashboard. There is no minimum term. The monthly fee is not refunded for a partial month.
Can I get the setup fee back?: Yes, within 14 days of paying it, if your site never took a live booking.
What happens to my data if I cancel?: We keep it for 90 days so you can export it, then delete it.
What happens to a free preview I stop working on?: A free site with no activity for 90 days is archived, after two warning emails.
Do you find customers or locations for me?: No. The Laundry Route System is software and setup. You bring the customers, the washing, and the driving.
